Why Ganymede
Our value proposition
“We simply get our clients better, more usable debt finance.”
Why Ganymede
“We offer our clients a combined 90 years’ worth of specialist debt expertise. We fully integrate with our client’s team and deepen existing skills”
Securing better terms:
- Lower pricing, higher advance rates, better covenant flexibility and terms.
- Faster execution.
Lender Flux:
- Opening up a much wider universe of lenders, from different segments (insurance, private credit, securitisation etc.).
Securing lender focus:
- Even the biggest lending desks are under-resourced, and see too many deals. They need to be able to say “no” quickly.
- Lenders have confidence in us - that we will succinctly describe the whole risk ask upfront and not waste their time.
Internal workload:
- Running a fund finance process start to finish can be very time and resource consuming.
- We take over this time burden, including setting up post closing reporting processes.
