Ken Goldsbrough

Ken brings over 30 years of financing experience specialising in corporate lending, leveraged finance and debt capital markets.

He has extensive networks with financial sponsors, banks, credit funds and corporates.

Prior to teaming up with Gareth, he was Head of European Debt Advisory at Duff & Phelps, Houlihan Lokey and Greenhill. In his banking career he had senior positions at GE Capital, Barclays Capital and Paribas where he was Head of UK Corporate Banking and Chairman of the Trustees of the Paribas Limited Pension Fund.

Over his career, Ken has completed a large number of transactions for PE owned, private and listed companies and funds across a range of industries.

Ken holds an MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford (Christ Church) and is a professionally qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is also FINRA Series 63 and 79 qualified.
